Conduct assessments of children's progress using standardized testing methods and document developmental milestones. Collaborate with parents, guardians, and colleagues to support each child's welfare and educational journey. Incorporate physical education, arts, music, and other activities to promote holistic development. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards in accordance with childcare regulations. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with early childhood education best practices. Qualifications Proven or daycare setting. Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, behavior management techniques, and classroom management strategies. , literacy education, math instruction, and special education needs such as early intervention. methods or other specialized educational approaches is a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Ability to implement standardized testing procedures for assessment purposes.
