Qualifications To be considered, applicants should meet the following requirements: Completed the required 45-hour DCF training (or be in the process of completing it). Meet all Florida state licensing requirements. Pass all required background screenings and physical examinations. Be physically, mentally, and emotionally able to perform the duties of the position. CDA, FCCPC, Associate's Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education is preferred. Experience with Creative Curriculum is preferred. Pediatric First Aid and CPR Certification is preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Must have a genuine passion for educating and caring for young children.
