Naples' award-winning Preschool of the Arts is seeking a full-time Lead Teacher for a Preschool classroom to join our exceptional team of early childhood educators. Naples' premier Preschool is seeking a qualified educator to join our team as a Lead Preschool Teacher working with three and four year olds. Our ideal candidate will be a loving and caring nurturer with experience working with young children and have a passion and dedication to the field of early childhood education. Teacher must inspire creativity in the classroom environment, be a warm and loving caregiver, as well as a responsible educational leader.
Hours:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-3:00pm, with 1 afternoon per week scheduled to assist with Extended Care Educator in this position will: Provide FL DCFS Training Transcript verifying FL 45-hour training certificates and VPK Teacher requirements Have knowledge of Early Childhood Development practices Implement weekly schedules and a creative curriculum Ensure your classroom is well run Provide a stimulating environment for the development of your student's needs Respond to your student's needs Establish a positive and productive relationship with your student's parents Use appropriate discipline practices for children according to their age Keep the classroom environment clean and safe for children Have the ability to communicate both orally and in writing using correct grammar Maintain direct supervision of all children in care at all times Have the ability to work as a team player Have a positive attitude and be passionate about supporting and inspiring students
Qualifications and Experience:
