Candidates ideally should have the following: Previous experience teaching in a commercial child care center 45 hour, current In-Service, current First Aid/CPR Full Time availability (8 hr shift, Monday - Friday, or four 10 hr shifts) Pay & Benefits Our pay structure for all Full Time staff with completed 45 Hours, and valid CPR/First Aid is $15.00/hr If you have some experience in a childcare but haven't completed your DCF Training, minimum pay is $14/hr, automatically increased to $15 once training is completed and CPR/FA is current.
