Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Childcare Professional / Teacher to inspire and nurture young minds in a dynamic early childhood education environment. Duties Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that stimulate learning, creativity, and social-emotional growth for children across various age groups including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and children with special needs. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by adhering to health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary. Foster a nurturing environment that encourages positive behavior management and supports children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or requiring special education accommodations. Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and developmental milestones; communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's growth and any concerns. Manage classroom routines effectively, including transitions, meal times, naps, and activities to promote a structured yet flexible learning environment. Collaborate with colleagues to develop individualized care plans or educational strategies that support inclusive learning experiences. Stay current on best practices in early childhood education, childhood development theories, and caregiving techniques through ongoing professional development. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or similar settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early education methodologies. Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications such as special education training or working with individuals with disabilities are a plus. Demonstrated ability to manage classroom behavior positively while fostering an inclusive environment for all children. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Compassionate caregiving attitude combined with patience, flexibility, and enthusiasm for early childhood education.
