Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Preschool Floater/Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities Provide direct care and supervision for children, including toddlers and preschoolers, ensuring their safety, well-being, and engagement throughout the day. Support classroom management by maintaining a structured environment that encourages positive behavior and respectful interactions among children. Collaborate with lead teachers to plan lessons, activities, and assessments aligned with developmental milestones and educational standards. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns, fostering strong home-school connections. Follow mandated reporting laws by accurately documenting incidents or concerns related to child welfare or safety. Maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid and CPR protocols. Experience Prior experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention strategies, and special education accommodations. Proven ability to manage classroom behavior effectively while creating an inclusive environment that supports diverse learners. Strong communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications in childhood education or early intervention are a plus. Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child welfare ensures compliance with legal requirements. Pay:

$14.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 per week
