KinderCare is seeking a dedicated Teacher for Ocoee Elementary to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for young students. In this role, you will design and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons that nurture each child's academic, social, and emotional growth. You will assess student progress, adjust instruction to individual needs, and maintain open communication with families. Working within KinderCare's collaborative culture, you'll partner with colleagues, uphold all health and safety standards, and participate in ongoing professional development to support your growth and impact. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with Kinder Care and school standards. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Assess student progress and adapt instruction to individual needs. Communicate regularly with families about student growth and classroom activities. Collaborate with colleagues and leadership on curriculum and school initiatives. Maintain accurate attendance, progress, and incident records. Implement behavior management strategies that support positive development. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and licensing regulations. Prepare classroom materials and maintain an organized learning space. Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
