Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This position involves overseeing classroom activities, developing engaging curricula, and ensuring that each child's educational needs are met. The Lead Teacher will work closely with staff, parents, and the community to promote a positive learning experience. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards. Lead classroom activities, ensuring an engaging and inclusive environment for all students. Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and behavior management strategies. Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive curriculum that meets the diverse needs of students. Assess student progress regularly and communicate findings to parents and guardians. Provide guidance and support to assistant teachers and volunteers in the classroom. Foster relationships with families to encourage parental involvement in their child's education. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning. Skills Strong background in Early Childhood Education with experience in preschool settings.. Ability to teach physical education concepts effectively within the classroom setting. Knowledge of behavior management techniques to support diverse learning needs. Experience working with toddlers and children in daycare or educational environments. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff.
