Job Description
KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Eagle Harbor Parkway center to nurture and inspire young children in a safe, engaging environment. You will plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons, support social-emotional growth, and maintain a warm, inclusive classroom. Collaborating with families and colleagues, you'll document progress, ensure health and safety standards, and contribute to a culture of diversity, teamwork, and continuous learning with opportunities for career growth. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Monitor and document children's growth, behavior, and developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with families about student progress and center activities. Maintain classroom safety, cleanliness, and adherence to health regulations. Support social-emotional development and positive behavior strategies. Collaborate with center staff to align on curriculum and care standards. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs and backgrounds. Follow Kinder Care policies, licensing regulations, and reporting requirements.
