Preschool Teacher Kids Grow Preschool is growing our team! We are seeking a warm, dependable, energetic, and experienced Preschool Teacher who is passionate about early childhood education and creating a nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. The ideal candidate is patient, professional, organized, and understands that excellent childcare combines education, safety, meaningful relationships, and lots of love. Responsibilities Create a safe, nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment. Implement daily lesson plans, learning activities, and classroom routines. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development. Maintain active supervision and ensure children's health and safety at all times. Maintain an organized, clean, welcoming, and well-prepared classroom. Communicate professionally and positively with parents, families, coworkers, and school leadership. Document children's daily activities and important classroom information. Follow all Kids Grow Preschool policies and applicable childcare licensing requirements. Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and administration. Participate in school events, trainings, staff meetings, and professional development. Bring enthusiasm, creativity, consistency, and a positive attitude to the classroom each day. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience working in a preschool or early childhood setting preferred. Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching practices. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Dependable, punctual, professional, and organized. Patient, compassionate, energetic, and genuinely enjoys working with young children. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Must meet Florida childcare licensing and background-screening requirements. Early childhood credentials and/or DCF training are highly preferred.
