KinderCare is seeking a Specialized Pre K Lead Teacher for our Dorscher KinderCare center. In this on-site role, you will design and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for Pre-K children in a safe, inclusive classroom. You will assess growth, tailor instruction, and foster social-emotional skills while partnering closely with families. Responsibilities Lead a specialized Pre-K classroom, creating a safe, nurturing, inclusive environment. Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate, standards-aligned lessons and activities. Assess children's progress and adapt instruction to meet individual needs. Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and classroom activities. Collaborate with center staff to support program goals and a positive culture. Maintain classroom organization, safety, and compliance with licensing regulations. Document observations, attendance, and incident reports accurately and timely. Support social-emotional development through positive guidance and modeling. Participate in professional development and continuous learning opportunities. Contribute to center events and family engagement initiatives.
