Maintain clear communication with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones through regular updates. Manage classroom routines efficiently, including lesson planning, transitions, and maintaining a safe space for all children. Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and child welfare policies by observing and documenting any concerns or incidents. Incorporate activities that support toddler care, special education needs, and inclusive classroom practices to meet diverse learner requirements. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in preschool or early childhood settings; prior daycare or private school experience is highly valued. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques. Certification in first aid and CPR; familiarity with mandated reporting laws is essential. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and community partners. Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical activities, and social-emotional learning. Experience working with children requiring special education or early intervention services is preferred.
