Job Description

Redwood Blue Angels center in Pensacola is in need of a full-time Assistant Director to join our team.
  • Must have childcare experience and credentials.

Must have excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word programs. Must be familiar with DCF and ELC guidelines as well as SR program.

Duties:
  • Answer phone calls, greet visitors and provide information to parents and students.
  • Provide information on a variety of topics, including rules, disciplinary measures, and day-to-day operations of the school.
  • Communicate and share information broadly with administrators, teachers, and students' families through emails, flyers or phone calls, ensuring that necessary information is properly transmitted.
  • Keep and Maintain records of school operations, such as registration and class schedules, bus scheduling and routes, academic transcripts and parent contact information.
  • Collections for childcare accounts
