Duties Supervise children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills Provide attentive care for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children, including feeding, diapering, and nap times Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, needs, and any concerns Maintain a clean, organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards Support behavior management strategies to encourage positive interactions and development Follow mandated reporting laws to report any signs of abuse or neglect promptly Requirements Proven experience working with children across different age groups, including infants and elementary school-age children Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in First Aid and CPR is required; ongoing training preferred Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly valued Strong activity planning skills tailored to various developmental stages Excellent child supervision abilities with a focus on safety and engagement Effective communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration Familiarity with classroom experience or daycare settings is a plus Ability to adhere to mandated reporting laws and maintain confidentiality Join us in creating joyful learning experiences while supporting children's growth in a vibrant, caring environment!
