Job Description

KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Pinellas Park learning center to nurture and educate young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you will plan and lead developmentally appropriate lessons, support social-emotional growth, and maintain a warm, inclusive classroom. You will partner closely with families, communicate children's progress, and uphold health and safety standards. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment Supervise children and ensure adherence to safety and health standards Observe and document children's growth and developmental milestones Communicate regularly with families about child progress and classroom events Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and programs Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and learning materials Follow Kinder Care policies, state licensing, and regulatory requirements Participate in professional development and training Support children's social-emotional development and positive behavior Required Skills Early childhood curriculum planning Classroom management Child safety and supervision Parent communication Lesson planning Child development assessment Behavior management Basic computer skills Record keeping and documentation First aid and CPR knowledge
