PRESCHOOL DIRECTOR

We're looking for a confident and compassionate leader who can help create a high-quality, nurturing environment for children, families, and staff. We're looking for someone who: Has leadership experience in an early childhood setting Understands Florida childcare licensing and DCF requirements Is organized, dependable, and a strong communicator Can support and motivate teachers Builds positive relationships with families Has a genuine passion for early childhood education Meets Florida Director credential requirements or is working toward them Bilingual in English/Spanish is strongly preferred

VPK TEACHER

Are you creative, energetic, patient, and passionate about preparing young children for kindergarten? We're looking for a VPK Teacher who can: Create fun, engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences Support children's social, emotional, and academic development Build strong relationships with children and families Maintain a safe, positive, and welcoming classroom Work collaboratively with our teaching team Bring enthusiasm, creativity, patience, and to the classroom every day Bilingual in English/Spanish is strongly preferred

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience working with preschool-aged children 45 DCF hours completed Strong communication and teamwork skills Caring, patient, and positive attitude CPR & First Aid certification or willingness to obtain Ability to pass a Level 2 background screening CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education is a plus VPK credentials and/or Florida teaching credentials are a plus Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
