Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners during their foundational years. Responsibilities Develop and implement dynamic curriculum plans that incorporate early intervention strategies, literacy education, and age-appropriate activities aligned with childhood development standards. Foster a positive classroom atmosphere by managing behavior effectively and encouraging social interaction among children. Deliver engaging lessons across various subjects including math, physical education, and Montessori-inspired activities to support holistic growth. Provide individualized support for children with special education needs or those requiring additional early intervention services. Maintain detailed records of student progress, conduct assessments, including standardized testing when applicable, and communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's development. Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment that adheres to childcare regulations and promotes child welfare. Collaborate with colleagues to plan classroom activities, organize events, and continuously improve teaching practices. Requirements Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings; prior classroom management experience is highly valued. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early childhood education methodologies, including Montessori techniques if applicable. Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, literacy education, math instruction, and teaching physical education. Experience working with children with special needs or in early intervention programs is preferred. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Ability to manage a classroom environment confidently while fostering positive behavior management strategies. Certification in early childhood education or related fields is required; additional training in special education or toddler care is advantageous. Join our team to help young learners thrive!
