Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy, math, physical activity, and social-emotional development for toddlers. Create a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence. Engage children in activities that support their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development aligned with early childhood education standards. Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement strategies to foster respectful interactions among children. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
