Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nurturing and educating children, ensuring their safety and well-being while fostering a positive learning environment. This role involves caring for children from 0-4, providing engaging activities, and supporting their developmental needs. Duties Supervise and engage with children in a safe and nurturing environment. Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development. Provide care for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Maintain open communication with parents regarding children's progress and daily activities. Assist with meal prep and ensure proper hygiene practices during feeding times. Monitor children's behavior and provide guidance to encourage positive interactions. Administer first aid when necessary and maintain a safe play environment. Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet their individual needs. Skills

• Experience working with children ages 0-4
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Understanding of the importance of confidentiality and professionalism when working with families
• Patience, empathy and a genuine love for working with young children
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to become certified)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Coursework in Early Childhood Education or related field not required, but a plus
