Job Description

KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Village Boulevard center to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children. In this role, you will plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities, support social-emotional growth, and foster curiosity and learning. You'll collaborate with a caring team, build strong relationships with families, and ensure high standards of health and safety. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and daily activities. Observe and document children's developmental milestones and behaviors. Collaborate with center staff to support center-wide programs and events. Follow Kinder Care policies, licensing regulations, and health and safety standards. Support children's social-emotional development through positive guidance.
