Part-Time Preschool Teacher — VPK Credentials Preferred Brilliant Minds Montessori Brilliant Minds Montessori is seeking a dependable, caring teacher to join our team! We are looking for someone who enjoys working with young children and supports a classroom built on independence, hands-on learning, and respect for each child.

Schedule:

Monday:

8:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

Tuesday-Friday:

8:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Pay:

$16-$18 per hour, depending on certifications

Part-time Responsibilities:

Support children's learning through age-appropriate activities and Montessori practices. Encourage independence, positive social interactions, and practical life skills. Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom. Provide consistent supervision and patient, respectful guidance. Communicate professionally with families and coworkers. Assist with classroom preparation, daily routines, and student observations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Credentials and training already completed to teach in a Florida VPK classroom. Current, cleared DCF background screening. Previous preschool or early childhood teaching experience. Montessori experience or a willingness to learn our approach.
