Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to create a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment for young children. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding early childhood development through structured activities, play, and personalized care. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help foster a love of learning while supporting each child's individual needs. Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development for children in preschool, toddler, and infant care settings Create a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Monitor children's behavior using effective behavior management techniques to promote positive interactions Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene routines in accordance with health and safety standards Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, needs, and any concerns Maintain accurate records of children's activities, development milestones, and attendance Collaborate with colleagues to develop individualized plans for children with special needs or disabilities Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or similar caregiving roles Classroom experience in early childhood education or related fields preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education Certification in first aid and CPR required; additional training in special education or working with individuals with disabilities is a plus Demonstrated ability to manage classroom behavior effectively and foster positive relationships with children and families Experience caring for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in a structured setting is highly valued Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and families Join us to inspire young minds and support their growth through energetic teaching and compassionate caregiving.
