Discovery Point - Seven Hills in Spring Hill, FL is looking for a passionate and nurturing Toddler Teacher to join our team! This is a wonderful opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of young children during their most formative years. Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for toddler-aged children Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment Monitor and support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding child progress and daily activities Maintain accurate developmental records, daily logs, and attendance documentation Ensure classroom cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support a positive learning community

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required;

CDA, ECE

degree, or coursework preferred Prior experience working with toddlers or in an early childhood education setting Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices for toddler-age children Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and staff Ability to pass a background screening and meet state childcare licensing requirements CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Patient, energetic, and genuinely passionate about early childhood development
