Collaborate with families, specialists, and support staff to develop individualized plans that promote children's growth across cognitive, social-emotional, and behavioral domains. Manage classroom routines effectively while maintaining high standards of safety, childcare protocols, and classroom management. Skills Proven experience in early childhood education or preschool settings with classroom experience managing diverse learners. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and colleagues effectively. Ability to design developmentally appropriate and engaging lesson plans.
