We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children and understands that reliability and consistency are essential in childcare. What You'll Do Provide attentive, nurturing care in a safe and engaging classroom Implement age-appropriate lessons, activities, and daily routines Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming classroom Communicate professionally with families and Bloom leadership Follow DCF licensing requirements and Bloom policies Support meals, transitions, toileting/diapering, rest time, and classroom routines as appropriate for the age group Work collaboratively with other teachers and center leadership Maintain dependable and consistent attendance What We're Looking For Previous childcare, preschool, daycare, or early childhood experience preferred Florida DCF 40-hour training completed or actively working toward completion Ability to pass all required background screening CPR/First Aid preferred Professional, positive, patient, and dependable Comfortable working with children across different age groups when needed Strong communication and teamwork skills Must be available for a consistent full-time schedule
