- Full-time Kiddie Academy of Bloomingdale is seeking a dedicated Lead Two-Year-Old Teacher to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans tailored to two-year-olds Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment Guide and supervise children during structured and free play activities Support potty training and reinforce self-help skills Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff Communicate daily with families regarding their child's progress and milestones Ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations and center policies Work collaboratively with assistant teachers and support staffQualifications:
CDA (Child Development Associate) Preferred DCF 45 Hours Completed Minimum of 2 years of experience in a childcare setting Strong classroom management skills with the ability to balance structure and flexibility Patience, creativity, and passion for working with young children Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)What We Offer:
