Job Description
KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Bell Shoals center to nurture and educate young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you will plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities, support social-emotional growth, and maintain a warm, inclusive classroom. You will partner closely with families, communicate children's progress, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards. Responsibilities Create and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children at all times, ensuring health and safety standards are met. Build positive relationships and communicate regularly with families. Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and events. Implement behavior guidance strategies that support social-emotional growth. Follow Kinder Care and state licensing policies and procedures. Participate in training and professional development. Support an inclusive, culturally responsive classroom community.
