Kiddie Academy of Bloomingdale is looking for a loving, energetic, and dependable Toddler Teacher to join our toddler team! We are currently hiring for a closing shift (9:00-6:00) . Our toddlers are full of curiosity, wonder, and BIG feelings - and they need a teacher who's just as passionate about nurturing their growth and celebrating their milestones.

What You'll Do:

Create a warm, structured, and playful environment for 1- to 2-year-olds Follow our developmentally appropriate curriculum with built-in flexibility for fun Guide children through routines, transitions, and hands-on learning Build strong relationships with children and families Collaborate with teammates to ensure a safe, clean, and engaging classroom Close the classroom with care and intention each day

What We're Looking For:

DCF 45-hour training completed (or actively in progress) CDA Preferred Experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare center Ability to stay calm, patient, and playful with young children Strong communication and teamwork skills Must meet Florida childcare background screening requirements Why Work with Us?
