Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and assess children's progress and document developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with families about student growth and classroom activities. Collaborate with teaching staff to align curriculum and share best practices. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards. Support children's social-emotional development and positive behavior. Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development. Adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs and backgrounds. Follow Kinder Care policies, licensing regulations, and reporting requirements.
