Maintain compliance with mandated reporting laws and ensure adherence to child welfare policies at all times. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, demonstrating effective classroom management skills. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development, and early intervention strategies. Experience teaching physical education, literacy education, math concepts, and behavior management techniques. Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications in special education or childhood development are preferred. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Ability to plan age-appropriate lessons that foster curiosity while supporting individual learning styles. Familiarity with mandated reporting laws and child welfare practices to ensure a safe environment for all children.
