KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Royal Palm Beach center to nurture and educate young children in a safe, engaging environment. You will plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities, support social-emotional and cognitive growth, and maintain strong communication with families. Collaborating with a caring team, you'll help create an inclusive classroom that reflects KinderCare's values of diversity, warmth, and continuous learning, while growing your own skills and career in early childhood education. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe, assess, and document children's developmental progress. Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and daily experiences. Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning. Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times. Collaborate with teaching team and center leadership on curriculum and classroom management. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
