Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and strategic Preschool Assistant Director to join our leadership team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the educational experience of young children while managing administrative operations, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with educational standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong management skills, a passion for early childhood education, and the ability to lead with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties Assist in developing and implementing engaging curriculum plans aligned with early childhood development standards Support strategic planning initiatives to enhance program quality and community engagement Oversee daily school operations, ensuring smooth functioning across classrooms and administrative functions Manage budgets effectively, including managing financial resources as an executive education administrator Facilitate professional development sessions for staff to promote instructional excellence and compliance with educational regulations Supervise school staff, including teachers and administrative personnel, providing mentorship and performance evaluations Ensure adherence to legal requirements related to special education law, childhood development standards, and educational compliance regulations Experience Proven management experience within a school or early childhood education setting, preferably in a leadership role such as School Administrative Director or similar Extensive classroom teaching experience in K-12 or early childhood education environments Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and faculty evaluation Strong background in school administration, including budgeting, personnel management, and strategic planning Knowledge of legal requirements related to special education law, educational compliance, and school regulation standards Experience working with diverse student populations and supporting childhood development initiatives Excellent public speaking skills coupled with effective team leadership and supervision capabilities
Pay:
$20.00•$23.00 per hour Expected hours: 45.0 per week
