Job Description
KinderCare is seeking a dedicated Teacher for Windermere Elementary School to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom for young learners. In this role, you will plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons, integrate play-based and structured activities, and assess children's progress to support social, emotional, and academic growth. You will collaborate closely with families and staff, maintain classroom safety and compliance standards, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on continuous learning and child-centered care.
