Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a caring, responsible, and dependable Infant Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants. The ideal candidate will support each child's individual developmemt while building strong, trusting relationships with children and families. Responsibilities Provide attentive, loving, and responsive care to infants throughout the day. Follow individual feeding, sleeping, diapering, and care routines. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support cognitive, physical, social and emotional development. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment. Monitor children's health, safety and developmental progress. Maintain accurate daily records, including meals, naps, diapers change, and activities. Communicate professionally and respectfully with parents and families. Follow all center policies and Florida DCF requirements. Qualifications DCF 45-hours training CPR / First Aid Certification Background Screening Previous infant or childcare experience preferred.
