Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operational activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with company standards and applicable regulations. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding operational and project-related matters, such as providing information about project schedules, construction timelines, permit status, inspection requirements, contract requirements, change orders, project budgets, payment schedules, and progress updates. Communicate procedures, respond to client inquiries, coordinate information between clients and project teams and ensure that clients receive accurate and timely information throughout the construction process. Regularly analyze operational and financial data to support business decisions and improve project performance, including reviewing project budgets, cost reports, job costing information, subcontractor and vendor performance, scheduling reports, permit processing timelines, procurement records, project progress reports, and resource allocation data. Develop and implement operational procedures, policies, and programs designed to improve efficiency, consistency, and compliance across the organization. These may include project management procedures, document control processes, vendor and subcontractor management protocols, procurement procedures, customer communication standards, quality control measures, budgeting and cost-tracking procedures, permit and inspection coordination processes, and administrative workflows. Evaluate existing procedures and recommend improvements to company operations, such as changes to project scheduling methods, budgeting and cost-control procedures, procurement processes, vendor management practices, permit tracking systems, document management systems, customer communication procedures, and workflow coordination among departments.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED. 2 years of experience in management or related field.
