Part-Time Nanny & Teacher Position Available for 3-Year-Old in Winter Garden, FL A loving and busy family in Winter Garden, FL, is seeking a part-time nanny for their 3-year-old. This role offers the chance to plan engaging activities, create nutritious meals, and design developmentally appropriate enrichment/education. The family is looking for an experienced, reliable nanny and teacher with a calm and caring presence who thrives in a full-charge position. Candidates who are bilingual in Spanish, have teaching experience, and are passionate about child development are encouraged to apply!

2-year-old
Hours:
7:00 am - 4:15 pm, shifts can vary and are coordinated with a second nanny.
Schedule:
Saturday and Sunday plus weekdays as available/needed.
Compensation:
$16 to $19/hr depending on experience.
Duration:
Long-term; seeking a nanny who can commit to growing with the family for years Key Responsibilities Provide nurturing and responsive care to the toddler Follow the child's schedule provided by parents Communicate daily with parents on the child's progress and needs Prepare healthy meals and snacks Clean up after meals and help keep play areas tidy Support the child's milestones and development Discuss developmental updates with parents regularly Develop and implement age appropriate lesson plans to begin early childhood education in multiple subject areas Begin Spanish language education
Required Qualifications Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in a similar role with strong references
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of infant/toddler development
Driving Record:
Clean and responsible driving history; willing to provide a driving history report
Certification:
Infant and Child CPR/First Aid Certified (or willingness to renew before starting)
Commitment:
Ability to commit to at least one year
Health & Safety:
Non-smoking, drug-free, vaccinated against Covid-19 (including booster) and willing to receive flu and Tdap vaccines as per CDC recommendations Application Requirements Please submit a resume detailing previous families you worked with, your responsibilities, ages of the children, and the duration of each role.
