PM Pay Rate:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications) We are seeking a dedicated, dependable, and nurturing Preschool Teacher to join our growing team. We currently have opportunities working with Young 1's and 3-Year-Old classrooms . The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education, enjoys working with young children, and is committed to providing a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of preschool or childcare experience Completion of Florida DCF 45-Hour Child Care Training Currently working toward obtaining a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential Strong classroom management and communication skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Responsibilities Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children Implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization Communicate effectively with parents and staff Follow all licensing and safety regulations Requirements Must be dependable and punctual Must report to work as scheduled and maintain consistent attendance Ability to work the assigned schedule of 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Must be able to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff Must successfully pass a Level 2 Background Screening/Background Check Must provide three professional, non-family references Must meet all state and licensing requirements for employment in a childcare setting We are looking for individuals who genuinely love working with children and want to grow within the early childhood education field.
