Key Responsibilities Lead the classroom and implement lesson plans aligned with Kiddie Academy curriculum Create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for toddlers Supervise and mentor assistant teachers Maintain classroom management and daily structure Communicate effectively with families regarding child progress and daily activities Ensure compliance with all Florida DCF regulations Maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials and environment Qualifications Minimum 21 years of age CDA required (or equivalent early childhood education) Florida DCF 45 Hours (completed) Previous experience leading a toddler classroom preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Passion for early childhood education Schedule Monday through Friday Full-Time (Shift may vary within operating hours: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM) Apply Today If you are a strong leader who is passionate about shaping early childhood experiences, we encourage you to apply and join our team.
