Responsibilities Lead a VPK classroom following Florida standards Create fun and educational lesson plans Support children's emotional, social, and academic development Maintain a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment Communicate professionally with parents and staff Encourage learning through play, creativity, and structure Track children's progress and classroom activities Requirements DCF 45 Hours completed VPK credentials required (CDA, FCCPC, or equivalent) Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred Passion for early childhood education Positive attitude, patience, and strong communication skills Ability to work as part of a team CPR/First Aid certification preferred "Looking for a teacher who teaches from the heart, not just from a lesson plan."
