Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children to ensure safety, well-being, and positive behavior. Build strong, supportive relationships with children and families. Communicate regularly with parents about child progress and daily activities. Assess children's developmental progress and document observations. Collaborate with center staff to support center initiatives and events. Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations and center policies.
