Job Description
KinderCare is seeking passionate Teachers for our Cypress Creek center to nurture and educate young children in a safe, engaging environment. You will design and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons, support social-emotional growth, and maintain a warm, inclusive classroom. Partner closely with families through regular communication and progress updates. Collaborate with a supportive team, follow health and safety standards, and participate in ongoing training. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children to ensure safety, well-being, and positive behavior. Build strong, supportive relationships with children and families. Communicate regularly with parents about child progress and daily activities. Assess children's developmental progress and document observations. Collaborate with center staff to support center initiatives and events. Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations and center policies. Support children's social-emotional development through positive guidance. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
