Plan and execute daily activities that support childhood development milestones and promote social-emotional skills. Manage classroom behavior through effective behavior management strategies, ensuring a positive learning atmosphere. Collaborate with colleagues to design individualized plans for children requiring special education or early intervention support. Maintain detailed documentation of each child's progress, including assessments aligned with standardized testing where applicable. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's development, achievements, and areas for growth. Qualifications Proven classroom management experience in early childhood settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools. Strong knowledge of childhood development theories and practices, including toddler care and preschool experience. Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education or literacy education strategies. Experience working with children with special needs or in early intervention programs is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Certification or training in early childhood education or Montessori methods is preferred.
