Job Description

We're searching for unique teachers and assistant teachers who possess the following skills and specifications: Compassion, Creativity, Alertness, Good planner, Flexibility, Excellent team builders, superior communication skills both verbal and written, Patience, Consistency, Superior stress management skill.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a constructive and ongoing rapport with children and parents Create activities that are fun and educational for the children Collaborate with other teachers to ensure that the school fosters an environment that is inviting and nurturing for every child Deliver reports on potential concerns about students as to management as needed Manage day-to-day classroom activities, including structured lessons, free play, bathroom breaks, lunch time and rest time for students
Education:
Minimum of High school diploma required. Prefer a Child Development Associate (CDA); Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC) in Early Childhood Education or Child Development; Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC) in Infant and Toddler; Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC) in Program Administration; Technical College Diploma (TCD) in Early Childhood Education or Child Development; Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development (
AA, AAS, AAT Experience:
