## Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing learning environment for young children. ## Duties

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the preschool curriculum
• Provide a variety of learning materials and resources for use in educational activities
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel safe and supported
• Monitor and assess student progress to provide ongoing feedback to parents and caregivers
• Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior in the classroom
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a comprehensive educational program ## Skills
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with young children, parents, and colleagues
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and early literacy education
• Experience in physical education activities suitable for preschool-aged children
• Ability to manage a classroom of toddlers with care and attention
• Familiarity with Montessori or other private school teaching methods is a plus
