Trinity Lutheran Academy is looking for a warm, energetic, and dependable Assistant Teacher to join our Christ-centered preschool community! As an Assistant Teacher, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where our little learners can grow and thrive. You'll support the Lead Teacher in bringing exciting educational activities to life, build strong relationships with children and families, and help make each day feel special in our classroom.

Helping create a loving and safe space where children feel valued and heard Supporting fun, hands-on learning activities that spark curiosity and creativity Observing and documenting children's interests and progress Communicating positively with families and team members Assisting in the daily classroom routine and maintaining a clean and safe environment Supporting our school's Christian values and nurturing each child's unique spirit Requirements A heart for Jesus
