This year, we are expanding our team and adding a dedicated Daycare Resource Teacher (Floater) to support all of our classrooms, ensure our students have continuous care, and give our teaching teams the flexibility they need to thrive throughout the day. Requirements:

Help implement RCA's curriculum by assisting with research-based, pre-planned, developmentally appropriate activities across all age levels.

Track Milestones:

Accurately record daily care info for children in your care, including meal times, naps, diapering/potty training, and learning activities.

Engage in professional and God-honoring communication with staff, leadership, and parents/guardians.

Assist with midday sanitization, meal prep distribution, reset procedures between classroom activities, and general facility upkeep as needed.
