This role involves nurturing children, managing daily routines, and ensuring a safe, engaging, and organized home environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, compassionate, and experienced in caring for children of various ages, including infants and toddlers, while also handling household tasks. Your enthusiasm for child development and caregiving will help create a positive atmosphere that promotes growth, safety, and happiness for the children you support. Duties Provide attentive childcare for children Assist with daily routines Prepare nutritious meals and snacks suitable for children's dietary needs and preferences Support children's educational activities by engaging in age-appropriate learning games, reading, and creative play Manage household chores including cleaning, laundry, organizing toys and supplies to maintain a tidy living space Offer personal transportation assistance for school drop-offs/pick-ups or extracurricular activities as needed Coordinate with parents to communicate daily updates on children's progress and any concerns that arise Qualifications Proven experience working with children across various settings such as private homes, daycare centers, or babysitting roles Strong background in childcare including nannying with multiple children Knowledge of child development milestones and effective caregiving techniques Ability to handle household responsibilities such as cleaning, cooking, and residential housekeeping efficiently Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents Valid personal transportation license to assist with travel needs of the family Compassionate attitude combined with patience, flexibility, and a proactive approach to caregiving Join us in creating a nurturing environment where children thrive!
