Based on education and experience Join Our Team! We are seeking caring, dependable, and enthusiastic teachers to join our licensed early learning center. We have opportunities available in our Infant, Toddler (2's), Preschool (3-4's), and Pre-K (5's) classrooms. If you are passionate about helping children learn through play while providing a safe and nurturing environment, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities Provide a safe, loving, and engaging learning environment for children. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities aligned with Georgia Early Learning and Development Standards (GELDS). Supervise children at all times while maintaining a positive classroom environment. Foster children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers. Maintain daily classroom records, lesson plans, and child assessments as required. Ensure classrooms remain clean, organized, and compliant with Georgia Bright from the Start licensing regulations. Assist with meals, diapering, toileting, handwashing, and classroom routines as appropriate for the age group. Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and ongoing training. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED required. Experience working in a licensed child care center is preferred. CDA, Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC), Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred but not required. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Dependable, positive, patient, and passionate about early childhood education. Requirements Must pass Georgia Bright from the Start background check requirements. Current CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain after hire. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively engage with children throughout the day. Must meet all Georgia licensing requirements for child care employees.
