Job Description
Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Daycare worker to join our team The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and enjoy arts and crafts, baking and fun projects ! Lots of redirecting older toddlers and encouraging manners. Responsibilities Supervise children during playtime, nap time and all times Provide care for 3&4 year old toddlers, including potty training assistance Support children with special needs by applying behavior management Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to early childhood education and caregiving.
Qualifications Experience working with children in a daycare, Headstart or preschool setting is preferred. Knowledge of Arts $ Crafts is mandatory Familiarity with fun activities such as making slime, Ocean in a bottle, bubbles and more is mandatory Experience with Autism children is preferable Strong classroom management is preferable Experience in teaching, babysitting, or nannying roles is beneficial. Must be Fun with energy to play
