After Required Training:

Substitute opportunities available between 7:30 AM-2:00

Always free! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys caring for babies and young toddlers and wants predictable afternoon hours in a school environment . No Montessori experience is required. We're happy to train the right person! What You'll Do Your afternoon begins in one of our Infant classrooms before transitioning to our Infant Late Stay program at 3:15 PM. You'll work alongside other staff to care for our infants through the end of the school day.

Your responsibilities will include:

Bottle feeding and assisting older infants with snacks Diapering and other basic care routines Comforting and soothing infants Helping with naps and transitions Engaging with infants through floor time, books, songs, movement, and age-appropriate activities Spending time outdoors with the children when weather permits Helping clean, reset, and prepare the classroom for the next day Because our infants have individual feeding, sleeping, and care schedules, we're looking for someone who is attentive, patient, and responsive to each child's needs. Genuinely enjoy spending time with babies and young toddlers Are comfortable with bottle feeding, diapering, holding, and soothing infants Are warm, patient, attentive, and dependable Are comfortable getting up and down from the floor throughout your shift Can reliably work Monday-Friday from 2:00-6:00 PM Previous infant or childcare experience is preferred, but we're willing to train a great candidate who is eager to learn. Pay & Training You'll start at $12.00/hour and receive a raise to $13.00/hour once your required training is completed. Required training must be completed within your first 30 days and includes Health & Safety, Fire Safety, and CPR/First Aid training. If you'd like additional hours, optional substitute opportunities may also be available between 7:30 AM-2:00 PM , depending on your availability and the school's needs.

Requirements Applicants must:
