Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Nursery Coordinator and Lead PreK teacher to oversee the Sunday operations of our nursery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for families and a heart for Jesus, along with strong leadership skills to manage a team effectively. This role involves hands-on work while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service. Duties Oversee the teaching and coordinating of curriculum. Maintain accurate records. Ensure compliance with Safe Sanctuaries. Maintain excellent communication with parents Assist with church events as needed. Qualifications Experience in childcare is required. Strong knowledge of stages of development at young ages. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with nursery operations. Familiarity with United Methodism preferred Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
